GeoWorldSim incorporates transportation impact models developed from real world measurements of both fossil fuel and electric vehicles. This model comprehends a large set of different pollutants, consumption and impact factors ranging from GHG emissions to Noise pollution.
This makes GeoWorldSim a state-of-the-art simulator for implementation and further development of electromobility in urban and suburban areas.
The Electro Mobility Europe Electric Travelling project, makes use of GeoWorldSim in its purpose to identify smart e-mobility solutions adapted to specific urban or suburban areas and will ease the introduction of electric vehicles (EVs) and the required charging stations in the existing transport infrastructure.
